At Carlyle Woods Condominium, we understand that having pets can be a rewarding experience, but it also comes with responsibilities. One of the most important responsibilities of pet ownership is picking up after your dog.

We ask that all residents who use the dog park and common areas to please clean up after their pets. This not only keeps our community clean and hygienic, but it also helps to prevent any accidents and injuries caused by pet waste.

We have provided waste bags and receptacles throughout the dog park and common areas for your convenience. We also ask that you dispose of the waste bags in the designated receptacles and not in the regular trash cans.  Doing so may result in a fine.

It is also important to note that pets must be on a leash when not in the designated dog park area. This ensures the safety of all community members, including other pets and children. Leashing your dog when outside of the dog park is not only a courtesy to other community members, but it is also a legal requirement. It is also important to remember that leashes are not just for the safety of others, they also keep your pet safe by not allowing them to wander off and get lost. 

We also expect all residents to be responsible for their pet's behavior. If your dog has a history of aggression towards other animals or people, please refrain from bringing them to the dog park or common areas. It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure the safety of other community members.

We would like to remind all residents that dog attacks are not tolerated in our community. Any resident whose dog is involved in an attack will be subject to fines and may be banned from using the dog park and common areas. We take the safety of our community members very seriously and will take any necessary actions to ensure the safety of everyone.
