BBQ Grills & Picnic Tables

At Carlyle Wood Condominiums, we understand the importance of enjoying the outdoors and spending time with friends and family. That's why we have provided several outdoor amenities for our residents, including BBQ grills and picnic tables, which are located throughout the community.  Our BBQ grills are perfect for hosting a summer cookout or just grilling up a quick dinner. Just remember to clean up after yourself and dispose of any trash in the designated receptacles.
We ask that you be considerate of other residents and limit your use of the picnic tables to a reasonable amount of time.  

In order to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all residents, we ask that you follow a few guidelines when using the BBQ grills and picnic tables:

• Use caution when operating the BBQ grills and be sure to fully extinguish any flames before leaving the area.

• Do not leave the BBQ grills unattended while in use.

• Keep the BBQ grills and picnic tables clean and free of debris. Please clean the grill plates after use.

• Dispose of all trash.

• Be respectful of other residents and limit your use of the amenities to a reasonable amount of time.

• Once finished, please allow the grill to cool off before putting the cover back on.
